- How to Use:
- Mold the thermoplastic mouth trays
- Trim the trays to the correct size
- Fill mouth trays with a solution
- Place the mouth trays in the mouth
- Use the LED lamp to further activate the gel (remove the plastic tab from battery compartment first)
- Wear for 20-45 minutes (start with 20 and progress as needed)
- Repeat weekly until you achieve your ideal shade of white
