Does not cook evenly
I was excited to get this pan. I followed the care instruction of use. Use this pan first time on medium heat. The meat was sticking & burning more on one side of the pan. When cleaning the pan it already started the discoloration with a rust smell & look on the pan. I tried cleaning it then seasoning it after to use again. I tried cooking on it again the meat came out uneven with searing. I had to pour water in the pan to unstick the meat from the pan. Cleaning it came out the same way marks all on it that look & smells like rust. I would not recommend this pan to cook on! Glad I only waste 20.00 but wish I would not have wasted any money on it!

So disappointed, cooked a tomato based dish and pan stained red. When I washed it stain did not come off and then when scrubbed the black color came off. Don’t even know if it’s safe to use. Did the coating cooking to my food? This can’t be carbon steel! I deserve a refund. Did not get what was advertised!
