handle on the largest luggage was defective
took our brand new luggage set, the medium and large suitcase to paris with us. upon arriving to sfo airport to depart, noticing that the pulling handle on top of the large one kept on delatching itself to the second postion (down from most erected position). no problem with the medium one. upon arriving in paris, the handle continuously unlatched itself and went down even when being pulled together as one. (while medium luggage remained latched to max heights). we didn’t overstuffed the luggage. it was weighed at 40lbs while the limit per luggage by united is 50lbs/pax. absolutely ridiculous to have to keep erecting the handler every 10-15 steps. totally defective upon arrival. recommending to not get this product. very disappointed.
