How to Use
- Step 1: Shake eyeliner well before use
- Step 2: Apply a generous and thick amount of eyeliner (may need two coats)
- Step 3: Wait until eyeliner is mostly dry. Put on the eyelashes using supplied tweezers or your fingers. Eyelash magnets will stick to the magnetic eyeliner
- Step 4: Seal bottle tight to prevent dry-out
