Poor quality unit
I ordered 2 of these and 1 unit did not work at all. It would not even charge. I don’t think that this unit will hold up very well under weekly use.
Stick vacuum
Stick vacuum After reading the manual charged everything up in the unit don’t work the nozzle that goes on the floor that supposed to be turning shut off in like five seconds
Cheap, poorly made
The instruction book is a Chinese translation. It is poorly written and doesn’t show charging instructions. The vacuum unit has a “holder,” but no attachment to hold the unit on a wall. In the demo on “The Talk” attachments mounted on the handle, but the unit I received has no way to attach attachments. Suction is very poor. Just a cheap ripoff.
Poor customer service
Upon opening the box and putting the vacuum together, I noticed that there was dirt in the motor when I went to charge it, this is a scam company.
Turbo?
Not what I expected at all. Does not have good suction whatsoever!
