High quality material brilliant color red! Gave a 4 star rating because all 3 pieces of luggage was locked & the potential code to unlock the main largest luggage. There was no code to unlock on the outside tag. I googled how to potentially unlock the suite case. Once opened the lock info was inside.
Not what I expected...
My comment when we took out of the box was this seems even less sturdy than one we replaced after three years and had started cracking. Then, when we opened I was informed there were less zippered pockets than the no name cheaper set we had purchased. So needless to say, hard to speak highly of something that appears to be “cheap” with no thought to traveling features. Save yourself and buy something without a name to it since the name doesn’t carry anything of value.

This is a beautiful pice of luggage unfortunately I was unable to use the luggage when I needed due no key condition and having to wait 2 to 3 days for an answer from customer service via email.

I want to Return this order; inferior product! When I tough the luggage, my fingerprints is visibly all over the luggage, smudged easily and scratched easily!
