I was excited to receive this “sonic” cleanser (it’s not). However, the box was sent in a bubble envelope, the pieces were dislodges on the inside, and IT’S NOT A SONIC CLEANSER. It’s a cheap spin brush. Calling it a sonic cleanser is extremely misleading - it’s actually a lie. It should have been obvious because of the price - Clarisonics are four times the amount. The silicone seal on the handle of the brush is damaged, somehow pushed in. This is a definite return.
