Nice sleep!
When I got the pillows they looked so flat. But once you open it and fluff them. They became a normal pillow. I sleep good the first night on pillow.

Where's The Gel
The pillows are extremely flat and if there is gel in them I can’t tell. The good point if you like soft pillows you will love these.

The pillows are not exactly queen size, they are smaller than expected but they are super comphy! Shipping took WAY too long!!!

I thought it would have sooner since it shipped from USA. The pillows I’m not satisfied with ot too soft.

A little disappointed
I was so excite and when I got my pillows they were vacuumed packed and I was hopeful they would puff up. They did, but very little. I really was hoping these would be my go to pillows.
Not what I expected
This pillow is more of what I consider a squishy pillow, something to hold and wrap your arms around. Not for the head. Its very flimsy, little to no head/neck support.

I am not happy with this product. Not happy with Brads for having this as one of their products they are backing. Would return if I knew how. They are not super plush
Not worth it
The pillows are very disappointing. They remain flat after three days opening. I thought they might be like a box mattress that needs time to reshape but that isn’t the case. Imagine sleeping on those gel ice packs after they have melted. I gave them two stars because they did ship the product in a timely manner otherwise they would have only received one. I can’t explain how flat they are. You may as well not have a pillow as it feels like you are sleeping directly on the mattress.

I have been buying get pillows for years these do not stand up to what I have been buying . Cheap on the gel stuffing . Not happy .
These pillows are so small and I got the queen!! That aren’t thick enough either
Waste of money
Plush? Maybe compared to a piece of paper! The photos and description are misleading. There is nothing plush about these pillows. They are standard sized, and not a queen. They definitely are not as fluffy or thick as the photo. Worst pillow ever. Yes, they are soft, and that is the only thing positive I can say. I’ve had to stuff both pillows into one pillowcase and still I find sleeping on a rock better.
Lumpy and flat
Product was reviewed as a full support and soft, but after letting them expand from shipping, they have hard spots and are uneven. Lumpy, and flat, not looking forward to using them. Very disappointed.
Flat as a pancake and does NOT fluff up after unpacking.
They were vacuum sealed when I opened the box. I hoped that they would plump up after unwrapping them. Very disappointing; they remained flat as a pancake, even after I tried to fluff them up. DEFINITELY NOT worth the $39.00.
I think it’s probably time to cancel my membership too…All I see is pretty much the same old product selection, month after month, and now this horrible quality, overpriced product!!! Learn from my mistake. DON’T BUY THESE EMACIATED PILLOWS.

Lumpy and uncomfortable
These pillows are worse then cheap Walmart pillows. I am disappointed they were labeled luxury gel pillows. They are not.

The pillows are terrible! This is the second day I woke up with a stiff neck. I’ll gladly send them back if you send a label!!!

There’s no fluffiness–no depth. Picture was very deceiving. Ready for the junk pile.
