Working with the Customer service individual over the damaged box the Cool Breeze Neck Fan came in proved to be highly responsive! You could tell the woman was sorry the fan box arrived in the condition it came in, despite the fan working. Hopefully, she can find a better way to package the fans in the future to prevent damage to the boxes. I still don’t feel comfortable giving this fan as a gift because of the condition the box came in. The previous 2 boxes of the Cool Breeze Neck fans came in mint condition and I look forward to giving those as gifts. Communicating with the distributor of the Cool Breeze fan made me feel better because of the positive and quick response I got from her. I really appreciated that. Our communications going back and forth we’re done with complete ease.
Does blow cool air on face
The fan came charged, so I was able to try it. It blew cool air and directed The flow fine! The problem is you have to secure her a charging cord from an outside source! Customer service is prompt to resolve situation. This product will come in handy in Arizona with high temperatures. I am in a wheelchair so this should help.
Was an unexpected delight

I love it. It really helps keep me cool. I have to wear oxygen and a Trilogy mask of the night and it makes me hot. This fan helps so much!

We charged it all night and my husband just informed me that it lasted 1 1/2 hrs. I communicated in the first survey that he works in this Texas heat all day, 5 days a week. So now I’m a little disappointed in the product.

USB Cord Won't Plug Into Offset Plug In Neck Fan
Unable to charge the Neck Fan. It appears that the metal receptor to charge the Fan is off set. The cord won’t fit into the Neck Fan because part of the metal receptor is showing & part of the receptor is covered by the plastic of the Neck Fan.
Broken
The wrapper was off the box, must have already been returned. Fan only works on one side. If you shake it the fan on the other side is loose and doesn’t work. Piece of junk!

Charged for expedited shipping $9. Told DHL was carrier. Item delivered days after promised date by USPS. I had to pay return shipping which was $15. Never Again will I buy from this Seller.

Mine barely held a charge. When it did work. It worked great for the 5 minutes.

Got item in box that had been damaged opened/tampered, looks used. Motor on fan is loud in ear.
