The craftmanship is very good, the designer missed the mark. The crossbody strap is NOT adjustable and the chain does not detach; the catch to lock the purse is funky, hard to unlock; the rear outside slip pocket is so tight I can’t get my phone in the pocket. Too expensive to send back. This one goes to Goodwill.
