The charging cord that came with it doesn’t fit into the slot, so it can’t be charged. Plus, there wasn’t an instruction sheet or warranty sheet, with it. It wasn’t wrapped well, the packaging was all banged up. Due to Covid-19, their response time may take up to 9 days to reply to my email as well. Gee, I wonder if I will be able to use this FAN for the SUMMER when I need it! Very disappointed, so far.
