love this but middle case had parting in middle zipper that was stuck open
I loved it but the middle luagge has a zipper that stuck and it was part up i worry it might case probelms later to seperate later maybe a manufacturing defect just listing a i hope not to have further probelms
Missing organization
This product has several positive built in construction that help make it a functional suitcase. However, for my use I like pockets, small zipper areas and perhaps a shoe section. This suitcase is a container. You open it and pack. I am surprised it had an area to hold the garments in place and not bunch or fall into the other side of the suitcase. If you prefer an open area with nothing else, this is the suitcase for you.
Hard Plastic not what I expected
I am disappointed that they suitcases are hard plastic I thought from the way it was presented on The Talk that they were hard metal cases. I am keeping them just because I don’t have time to order something else and return these do to my traveling schedule.
Not recommended for Travel
Cheaply built. When I received the 3 suitcases, one of the pull up handles were broken. Morningsave gave me a partial minimal credit. Last week my daughter used one of the suitcase for a trip. Big mistake. One of the wheels fell off coming down the stairs - before we even got out of the house. This luggage is not durable for travel and should not be advertised as such.

We used a second piece of the luggage and it broke before we got to the airport! 3 wheels fell off! The custom service i received has been absolutely horrible!! I will never purchase from this site again! Chad was extremely rude!!!
