In a way it makes sense, right?
Exercise puts a strain on your body and clouds your mind (often in a good way, but still, it’s cloudy nonetheless). In other words, exercise might feel good, exhilarating, stabilizing, or what have you. But it’s not going to feel comfortable, because that’s not the point.

What so many women have realized, though, was that all of the things that make leggings great for sporty activities–their resistance to sweat, their elasticity, etc.–also make them great for activities that don’t raise the heart rate. Maybe you’re pushing a giant tire through an obstacle course; maybe you’re pushing a cart casually through the grocery store. Maybe you’re running to train for a half marathon; maybe you’re running to catch a train.
