If my first review is still up, I have changed my opinion. The company addressed my broken straw. In addition, I found the tumblers to be quite adequate. They keep my beverage, usually water, cold for quite some time. I haven’t tried hot, I live in the south and cold beverage is the norm for me. The handle works well too. I really am quite pleased with the items. Great company support too.
