It was very difficult to get out of the packaging. The pillow I opened has threads from the seam of the material. It is not elegant. It says bamboo but the label says “40 % bamboo & 60% polyester”. The label says “wash before using”. “Made in China”. Very dissatisfied with this product.

Bad Odor and dark spots inside pillows
The pillows arrived in a round plastic covering that I couldn’t remove easily…had to cut them out. Once removed, I smelled a bad/moldy odor and open the pillow cases and found the pillows had dark dots/spots throughout on both sides. Something went wrong. Moldy.
