A Mediocre Corporation, the provider of this membership agreement, operates sites with a connected paid membership program. Examples are Checkout.org, MorningSave.com, Meh.com, Mediocritee.com and others.
This Membership Agreement ("Agreement") is between you ("you" or "your") and A Mediocre Corporation and/or its subsidiaries and affiliates ("Mediocre", "we", "us", "our"). Membership is available to people 18 years of age or older, and may not be assigned or transferred. Mediocre reserves the right to refuse your membership application or to terminate your membership at any time without cause. Mediocre also reserves the right to change this Agreement as well as the benefits offered through membership at any time without prior notice to you. Your continued membership subsequent to any changes constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you don't agree to any changes, cancel your membership.
Shipping and other Benefits
Your membership entitles you to free standard shipping on purchases made from select storefronts while your membership is active. Your membership program defines which storefronts you have free shipping on. Additionally, Membership offers access to other programs and benefits listed here. Membership benefits may be added or removed, or changed at any time.
Billing & Cancellation
Your initial payment activates your membership and begins your enrollment. Your membership will renew automatically month-to-month unless and until you cancel your membership or we terminate it. Subsequent payments are at the end of each month of enrollment. You may deactivate your membership at any time prior to your monthly renewal date. Your benefits will end immediately and we will waive all charges for your partial month of enrollment. Previous monthly charges are non-refundable, including those in which no use of services occurred.
You understand and acknowledge that your membership will renew automatically without any notice to you, and you authorize us to charge you a monthly membership fee (plus sales tax for Texas and California residents) at the then current rate using any credit card we have on record for you. If all credit cards we have on file for you are declined for payment of your membership fee, your membership will be deactivated. If you provide us with a new card and are successfully charged within 10 business days, your new membership period will be based on the original renewal date and not the date of the successful charge.
