WARNING: For external use only, do not ingest
Mix 1 part clay to 2 parts apple cider vinegar and/or water
Do not use a metal bowl or utensils. Mix until smooth. Add more liquid or clay as needed
Apply to face and other desired areas. Let dry for 15-20 minutes for normal/oily skin and 5-10 minutes for sensitive skin
Warming and Tightening sensations are expected. Rinse with warm water
Hair: smooth mask in sections onto damp/wet hair distributing evenly, let sit for 15-25 min, rinse with warm water
Bath: Add 2 cups of clay in bath to absorb toxins
