When I first got it, it wouldn’t work more than a few seconds. I then realized it needed charging. After charging for three and a half hours (recommended time), it worked great. I used it to deep clean my tile in my two bathrooms and clean my tub. I have bad knees and this allowed me to clean standing up, as well as reaching areas that I normally might have trouble getting to. The corner brush was great, and I loved the variety of brushes for each task. Very satisfied and would highly recommend.
