Item arrived and one of the two items front container came damaged. I mean that plastic covering on the box. I have not tried it as of yet and hope that both will be in working condition. 12/12/2025
PACKAGING RIPPED TAPED BACK TOGETHER!!!
How am I supposed to give this as a gift??? The packaging is rooted and taped back together and appears one if the mics has been opened and resealed as well!!! I’M INFURIATED THAT MY MONEY WAS STOLEN FOR AN ADVERTISED ITEM I DIDN’T RECEIVE BRAND NEW!!! RIDICULOUS!!! THIS WAS MY FIRST AND LAST ORDER WITH NBC!!! SHOULD’VE KNOWN BETTER!!! I WANT MY $20 PLUS SHIPPING REFUNDED!!!
