I do like the weight of the blanket. It does have a calming effect as long as you lie still. 2 things I wasnβt expecting. 1. you can feel the beads inside move every time you do which was annoying to me. 2. The blanket has an odor. I just received it yesterday so I am going to put it outside to air today and hope that helps. I would only give it an ok rating. I guess I was expecting more.
