Who’s over it? The lights, the tangles, the mess that comes with rigging up the Christmas tree year-after-year. Our lives are filled with so much these days; we just don’t need all that added to it.
But the trees! We need more trees — one for each room, one for each theme. There is the beach tree, the farmhouse tree, the gold tree, the vintage tree, the all-the-special-homemade-ornaments-you-have-ever-saved tree. It’s easy to get carried away. And better yet, you won’t have the mess and the hassle that comes with stringing regular lights on a real tree. We are officially over that this Christmas.
