When is this item coming back? My 17 year old granddaughter, who’s just started shaving, begged and pleaded until I gave mine to her. She made me feel like she wasn’t razor worthy, and would be bloody, and hairy without my razor. Help please reissue the Pro Noir soon.

It did a quick, easy, and gentle job of cutting the six+month worth of hairs off my legs without any issue. But using on my underarm hair resulted in two burning abrasions to my arm. I don’t know what or how I might have used it wrong to cause the abrasions to my left underarm. I did not feel any discomfort until about an hour after using on my underarm. It felt like a bad sunburn so I looked in the mirror to see what was burning and saw two fairly large red streaks about 1.5 inches long. Thankfully, the next day it felt better and less redness. I will be more alert and careful using on my underarms again.
It does not give a close shave. the stubble is still there.
Defective
Upon opening I went to charge and there was no red charging light. So I unplugged it and tried again and noticed one of the two prongs were missing in the port… Poorly made… waiting to hear how this will be resolved.
Ripoff!
Claims no irritation or cuts and inside pamphlet says it takes two weeks to get used to it because it irritates the skin! Have to replace head every 2-3 months. Where do you buy them and how much?

Used once…burned my skin so bad AND didn’t even remove ANY hair. Do not buy this! I was miserable!
This worked well, but after 30 minutes my underarms were so terribly chaffed and red and stinging,I have decided this is NOT worth the money!!!
