I was SO excited for this product, because I usually use a regular flat iron straightener, so I thought it would be much easier to just run the heated brush through my hair to straighten it. Well, the bristles are very short, and thick and close together which pulls at my hair much more than a regular straightener. I used it for the first time today, and literally a hand-full of my hair came out, even though I combed it through first with a regular comb and it wasnβt tangled. Another problem is the temperature setting. Itβs located on the handle and the buttons are very sensitive, so the whole time you are using the device, the heat temperature is going up and down, up and down. Itβs NOTHING like I thought it would be. Iβm so disappointed, and I hope I donβt lose anymore hair using it!
