Very hot, heats the house. The rack falls to the heating element if you try to cook anything with any weight, like a casserole. The share works like : when one side is done cooking than the other side starts. I’m asking what good is that?

I received my Toaster Oven and was excited to use it but it didn’t work some of the buttons don’t work, it lite up but didn’t work, some of the buttons are broken they won’t do anything.
