I need to return this hand massager

I bought this massager because I love a good hand massage and a family member has hand issues and I thought it would be good for them to use. I used it once at the lowest setting. It is too harsh. I did not find it soothing and I could not in good conscience recommend it to my family member.

Product too harsh

I used it on my arthritic hand and I felt like my hand was being crushed. This was on the lowest setting. Also the massager left an imprint on my hand after use as it has a pattern of nubs inside. I want to return but the process is not very user friendly.
