So yeah, you can definitely get fit and sexy while doing planks in a meadow with a GoPro pointed at you, but—and we mean this with all love and respect—ya haven’t.
It’s okay. We haven’t either.
It isn’t because we find the bodyweight YouTube bro we follow to be overly smug. It isn’t because our favorite Instagram yoga follow seems to have been corrupted by the skinny tea industry. It just…hasn’t worked out. (We haven’t worked out.)
