Flat iron works but pulls hair
The flat iron works really well, but the side where the holes are for wet hair, tugs on your hair if it’s dry. Maybe a smoothing product could work and prevent less pulling. I haven’t tried the blow dryer yet.

This was not what I expected. If it wasn’t such a cheap price I would have returned it
Awful! It’s hand grip with thumb rest makes it to hot to handle. I haven’t even tried the dryer.
Lesson learned. The cord doesn’t swivel well at all. The worst hair appliance I have EVER bought.
Turned on and stopped working
I took the dryer out of its box. Turned it on in the morning and it just stopped working within 5 minutes. Went to their website, and it appears I need to send them money to replace a hair dryer I never got to use. Hopefully I can get this matter resolved.

Horrible, I used it today for the first time and it stopped working, wouldn’t heat at all. I got 1/4 of my hair done. Can I return this! It wasn’t cheap.

I was glad to receive the products until I opened it I seen what without a doubt to be a used dryer. I know I got a seal on this order but I was not expecting to receive a used product. The flat iron was fine but the dryer is all scraped, and scuffed up. I could send u pics. It’s no way I’m the first to use this dryer. I would like a return please.
I don’t like the flat iron you can’t hold down the end because the tip gets too hot. I like the dryer
