GREAT PRODUCT... BUT
I PURCHASED TWO UNITS FRIM MORNING SAVE, BUT THE POWER CONNECTORS WERE NOT IN THE BOX AS INDICATED AS NUMBER 13 IN THE USER MANUAL. AND THE CHARGING INDICATOR LIGHTS ARE NOT ON THEM AS STATED IN THE USER MANUAL. SO, I USED MY OWN CHARGE CONNECTOR AND CHARGED IT FOR EIGHT HOURS AS THE MANUAL SAID TO DO BEFORE THE FIRST USE. IT IS REALLY EASY TO USE, AND WORKS GREAT ON MY LOWER BACK. IT FEELS SO GOOD, I KEEP USING IT. I HAVE ONLY HAD IT FOR A FEW DAYS, BUT SO FAR, I REALLY LOVE IT. I WISH I COULD REGISTER IT ONLINE, BUT I COULD NOT FIND THE LINK.

iPulse for pain relief, stress & muscle stimulation
I ordered this product and it came incomplete and it looked like it was not new. I open the box to find the #13 Power Converter is/was missing. This is the heart beat of the system. This is very disturbing and unlike morning save customers service. I would like to have a new unit sent out to my mailing address on file. Or if you can’t please send me the Power Converter, but I’m afraid this unit will not work based on the way it came to me. Gee guys please make this right. I received the package, 1st of all it did not come to my apt but to my PO Box. When I opened the box to check it out, I found it was missing the plug that you use to charge it with. How do I get it?

When I received my package today, I was sooooo excited. I opened it up and the plug for charging was missing as well as the the plug for the wall outlet. I am very disappointed. I hate sending things back so am ordering one from Amazon, instead.

How does this work?
Item arrived without the power converter. User manual is almost useless. Does not explain what the red snap vs. white snap is for. Spent almost an hour and couldn’t get it to work. User manual is no help at all.
Disappointment...
Received package without a Power Converter. Have a scratch on face of iPulse Unit. Very POOR Manual and information enclosed. I believe the package was tampered with before getting. Why do I keep getting a Closed Lock on face of iPulse Unit?
No Power Converter included with i-Pulse.
I didn’t receive all parts. Customer Service contacted three times. No response! The Power Converter was missing. When I used a converter on hand the i-Pulse DOES NOT work.
