Morning Save Shipped the WRONG Product!
You shipped the WRONG product Completely.
Refer to my comments I wrote on the review as I asked for someone to contact me. But now I realized I needed to respond here with my complaint.
Note, I had ordered 3 of the NYC Jewelry LAVA STONE Bead Initial Bracelets but Did Not Receive that. What I received was 3 Heart Shaped Stainless Steel Bracelets, which is Not What I Ordered. These were Christmas gifts going to young men to wear.
Note: I had informed my Master Card and they will be handling the Refund with your Billing Dept.
I was Very Dissatisfied with Morning Save on this Shipment.
If you notice, I buy a lot of items and 95% of everything I’ve received is Great and if I had a Problem, MS has been very Professional to Handle in a quick manner. So I am asking on this issue to handle with my Master Card. Thank you in advance. Maryann
Lava initial bracelet
Beads on bracelet are much smaller then picture. Would not have purchased it if picture was accurate.
Lava stone
Would not buy again metal was tarnished. Beads were smaller than expected.
