Missing a pocket
Love the purse, however, there was supposed to be a pocket under the front flap.
I like it, I just thought the outside lock had an extra compartment; but it’s okay. I like the color; I was in need of a navy cross bag.
Front button flap IS NOT a compartment! It’s just for looks. Disappointed, I wanted to put my phone in there for easy access.
There is no flap pocket, just an illusion of one…misleading…

Not As Advertised
First of all the purse does not have 5 compartments. The front flap does not open and even if it did, there is no compartment under there. It’s a flap that looks cute but it is not accessible! Second, I was not impressed with the quality of the vegan leather. Not good quality, but for the price I guess it’s to be expected.
not as expected
There are only 4 small compartments in this bag. The 5th is a decorative flap on the front. It is not functional. The bag is cute, but much smaller than expected. It is made of vinyl…not durable. Definitely not worth the list price.
Emperian pocket flap pocketbook
Disappointed with Fake Pocket on front of pocketbook.I wanted to use this for my cell phone. It was advertised as having lots of pockets.
Thought it would be a little bigger!
Not 5 compartments
The front flap is just decorative. I assumed the flap pocket would be a pocket! And where is the 5th compartment? Two outside zippers, one for cell and the top zipper opens to a main compartment with an inside zipper and another open pocket. Total is 4.
Not quite as advertised
This bag supposedly has 4 compartments, however 3 of them are in the same place, 1 is a small slot, 1 is a short zippered pocket, & both are in the main zippered opening on top. The flap in front is just for show. I’m disappointed, but it’s not worth returning @ $12.00
Cheap
The the zipper doesn’t work it’s stuck and I can’t fix it. It’s not leather either. The front of the purse does it open as well the tie is upside down and I can’t undo the tie. I really liked the look. That’s too bad.

My cross purse is missing the 5th compartment; no outside compartment where the button is.

Flap pocket is not a pocket
I bought this because of the flap pocket, I thought I could use it for my phone. The color is pretty, but the 'pocket" is not functional, just a decoration. I even loosened the tie, thinking it was a weird way to open it. When I finally got it open, I saw that it was just a sewn-on flap. I’m very disappointed.
Not at all like it was shown and described!!
So disappointed in this. It’s much smaller than shown on TV and ad. It does not have 5 compartments. The front does it even open. If I had seen it in person o wouldn’t have paid $5.00for it. Also it is as supposed to be only $19. But I was charged 20% ontop of that price. I ordered 3 items and was not happy that my credit card was charged that much more. I will not be ordering any further merchandise. I feel like I’ve been ripped off. I can’t fibd a customer service # to even find out any information!!
Misleading
It just has one compartment and it’s big enough to carry a phone … the flap on the front is just a design and cannot be opened. Disappointed
To small for and adult
This handbad is so small it will only allow me to put a small credit card holder. Will no close if anything else in it. Especially a cellphone

Who would pay anything for a “SUPPOSED” purse that is probably smaller than some thing a kindergardener would use!

Wrong Item Sent
I ordered a light blue purse and a grey one was sent.
This was very cheaply and poorly made.
The purse is to small for me. not enough compartment.
