3rd bad product.
Very small and don’t fit my neck. More for a child or very small person. If I could I would give this product a Zero. This is the third item I have ordered and haven’t been pleased. . I ordered your hair removal kit and it didn’t work either. I complained about it and never got a response. Very disappointed.
