Not what I expected! Only can take small sections at a time and probably better use on short hair. NOT shoulder length hair.
It just doesn’t work on my thick hair.
It doesn’t grab it like it should.And I can’t get enough heat to get a twist in my hair.

Request for refund. Hair straightener is defected and power button turns red and beeps and does not shout off unless I unplug it. I have tried different outlets and it does the same. My home is new and all other electrical equipments work well in the same plugs. Please provide me with a phone number to explain more…thank you
