Defected/broken
When I plugged in my coffee pot I read the instructions and went to place the settings only to learn that 3 of those settings didn’t work. The minute set,bold set and one other that I don’t remember. I then had to get a tracking receipt printed off and ship it back. Alot of trouble and time for something so highly rated.
