I love this set of cookware. I have had a great set of Analon for almost 30 years and they have been wonderful. I have been reluctant to replace them as I wasn’t finding a set as well made and durable. I simply took a chance on it and I’m so glad I did. This cookware can be used on any surface and is very well constructed. I am counting on it lasting atleast 20 years. One of the things I love is that if I change my stove these will work on induction surfaces.
