I like the speaker, it has a good sound and well put together. I just have one thing that could be better it’s the bass it’s not as strong as it could be.just a little disappointed . overall it’s a good speaker.
We won’t know how it works till Christmas but it got here in one piece. Needed some packing in the box

Cant use the item to play music on all alexa speakers in the house. Alexa does not recognize the device as a speaker. the sound is pretty good for the price but it is very disappointing that the device cant be used with all the other alexa dots/echos and such to play music throughout my home.
Defective Product
I purchased this for my fiancé for Christmas, it’s January and it has stop work. I called the number on the box but, it doesn’t give anything about returning or exchanging the gift. There is no support person to talk too… 
I would really like to exchange it for a non-defective one.
Can't hook it up
Impossible to hook up I follow directions nothing word followed links nothing worked I just wanted a portable speaker that I can play music on but I guess that’s too difficult for any company including yours I don’t want these and I’m not paying the ship them back
No Bass at all
Everything works but you can buy a speaker that sounds this good for under $20. It sounds like an inexpensive transistor radio
