I was very upset because I received this handbag and it was not the shade of Gray I was expecting. I want to thank Jackie for assisting me in taking of the situation. Although I was less than satisfied with my Bendel Satchel Handbag purchase, I was promptly contacted by the customer support team member. The team member was very receptive to my unhappiness I felt with the purchase. The customer support team quickly indicated that they were interested in having satisfied customers. They offered me a full refund of my purchase price. This gives me confidence in future purchases. I do plan to continue shopping with Morning Save, as the deals are always the best of the best. Disappointed, but...
The handbag I received had stitching flaws in more than one place. It’s unfortunate the bag had sold out as the size, style and color were perfect. It was a lemon that apparently escaped factory inspection. Morning Save, however, did refund my purchase. Their customer service has always been exceptional. Still disappointed, but not their fault.
Disappointing
Color not what I expected, size deceiving, and front flap is decorative and doesn’t open. I want to return, but they may not take it back since it’s a discounted price. I need to stop buying from Morningsave because there seems to always be something that isn’t right with my orders.
