I ordered a size 11 and they placed a size 10 in the plastic bag. Despite showing pictures of their error, the size discrepancy and the shoes being squished, agent is telling me to push my feet in it to straighten them out ( a size too small by the way) and then add insult to injury by telling me to I am responsible for my own Return.
