I purchased this blow dryer and the second time I used it the power and temp switches would not work and it overheated and smoke started coming out!!! I used it the first time with no issues but the second time it burnt up and has faulty switch. Didn’t know I was buying a once and done blow dryer!!! Do not buy! Lucky I was able to unplug it before it caught on fire and thankfully I didn’t get electrocuted using it.
