Very easy to use. It starts cool and then as it warms up it tightens. It feels like it’s working to firm.
Slip and slide
They claim to stay put as you go about your business, but these were constantly sliding off. I’ll try using them when I have 20 minutes to lay on the couch! Hard to say what effect they’ve had so far.

Yes I received my order with no instructions for someone ordering your products for the first time you need instructions…On the box it says: »US IT ONE A WEEK ??? These do not stay on, and after 2 uses, of fighting for them to stay on, my face broke out.
