- You can safely discard the empty Vita 7 Bright Activator bottle

- Shake the Re-Bright Toner Serum bottle to ensure a well and thorough mix of the contents inside
- Check the color of the toner serum from the bottom of the bottle
- When it turns light orange, the solution is set to begin your skin transformation
Step 3
- Apply an appropriate amount all over your face
- Since this product can take the place of a toner, serum, and emulsion
- Adjust the amount as needed according to your own skincare routine
- Can be used anytime throughout the day
