Cannot believe that Morningsave read my previous post — and without my requesting them to do so… they have refunded my cost. I am using the outlets even though the shelves were damaged. I was not going to return them because they do exactly what I need for them to do. But HOW REFRESHING is it that they actually responded to my comments with such quick response.
