I’ve tried multiple times to get an RMA # for these air buds and no one will email me back. I received them on 2/27/19 and they will not stay paired with any of my devices (I tried multiple times on multiple devices). I’m not having issues with any other headphones or speakers pairing and my internet connection and bluetooth are both working fine. How do I get someone to email me back?
