Why is it that this company doesn’t offer the customer a return label. I already paid for shipping once when I purchased the item. It arrived and doesn’t fit. Now I have to pay an ungodly amount out of pocket in order to ship the item back just to re-coup a portion of what I spent!!! Ridiculous customer service concept.
Hi @goldie1967 There should be an estimated delivery date listed on the items page, and you can see the status of you order on your orders page.
If nothing shows on your orders page, then you didn’t complete the checkout process.
