Hi @rachidadd there should have been an estimated delivery date listed on the items page as well as in the confirmation email that you were sent after purchase.
You will see a tracking number on your orders page once the item ships.
If you need to reach support for any reason, that can be done through the support form. Support reps work standard business hours M-F and should reply within 2 business days.
Why can’t you people clear our home page that’s ancient a dinosaur we can’t order till you clear it we’ve attempted communication with your company over a dozen times concerning this??? Do you not want us to shop?
Hi @Davidjp if you’ve written to support then you should receive a reply within 2 business days at the latest. If it’s been longer than that be sure to check any spam/promo/update folders as a reply was probably redirected there.
