If you click on the picture below it’ll take you to the buy page, you’ll need to click the yellow “Buy It” button and then fill out your billing/shipping info. If you still have issues, you may need to contact support
What’s your return policy?
Purchases that arrive damaged, defective, or DOA may be replaced or refunded at our discretion provided you notify us within 21 calendar days of item receipt. Use our support form to obtain an RMA number for damaged, defective, or DOA items. Items returned without an RMA number will NOT be refunded or replaced. Because our items are steeply discounted and offered in fixed quantities, for a limited time only, we DO NOT accept buyer’s remorse or change-of-mind returns. Cosmetics and beauty supplies, as well as intimate apparel are not eligible for return.
@teresalm355 there should be an estimated delivery date on the items ‘Buy it’ page if you scroll down under the Features and Warranty info. You can get back to the ‘Buy it’ page to see that info by going to your orders page and clicking the ‘View product details.’ button under the order. If your order has already shipped then there will be a tracking number listed on your orders page as well.
Why isn’t there a shopping cart?
Putting items in a shopping cart can lead to them selling out before you check out, or, if we reserved the items, preventing others from buying things that get left in a cart. Because we’ve got limited quantities, we want to make sure you get what you want before it’s sold out.
However, once you buy your first item, you’ll get free shipping for the next hour on anything else you buy. We’ll combine orders when we can from the same account to the same address.
