@missthe66 You go to morningsave.com and click an offer that you’re interested in. Then click an item you’d like to purchase.
That will take you to the item’s offer page, where you’ll find the specifications and other helpful information about the product. If everything looks like what you’re looking for, click the “Buy It” button and complete checkout.
@princessnm find the item you’d like to purchase and click the yellow “Buy it” button, then on the next screen choose how many and fill out shipping and billing info, then click the yellow “Place your order” button. All done, now wait by your mailbox for delivery.

If you already finished checking out, then just buy the item again the same way you did the first time.

@ldooley101 make sure the billing address matches exactly what your credit card company has on file, if you have an apartment or house number sometimes you need to put that on line 1 of the address and add the actual street address on line 2. I placed an order yesterday and ordered through my email address that’s how I normally place an prefer, paided for it and the funds have been paided but I have no confirmation of my order being placed.Downloaded the app entered my login info and I don’t see where I placed an order. It’s the 3rd time I try to buy, but the app is verry bad, the moment of adding my credit card… it creat other numbers and i have to go back and cant do any check out… it giving an error. The first time I use it it was the same issue. So is not my phone…
@ggerena2 I’m not staff or anything, but I would suggest uninstalling the app then reinstalling it. Or just order from the website directly. If your problem persists, it might be a good idea to reach out to them at https://morningsave.com/support
@Marishel you should be able to order anything at MorningSave without being a VMP (old program no longer offered), you show to be enrolled in the Membership program that gives you free shipping on items purchased at any of the Mediocre family of sites.
Hi @Ejvml030817 I removed your address from this public forum. Your best bet is to write into support (https://morningsave.com/support) and if your item hadn’t shipped yet they may be able to update the address for you.
@JohnAllen after you place an order you have 1 hour to cancel from your orders page after that you can write into support but there is no guarantee they will be able to cancel it.

You can cancel an order for one hour after it was placed by visiting your orders, clicking “Cancel” and confirming by clicking “Really?” After one hour has passed, it is probably too late to cancel, but you can use the support form to make a cancellation request.
I keep getting an error that my billing address does not authenticate. Even if I select the same as shipping address. I’ve tried a number of times and am very frustrated. Each line of the information shows a blue checkmark. What is the issue?
Hi @dbarron62 make sure the address is being entered exactly as the card issuer has it on file. If you have a house or apartment number you may need to put that info first or switch around line 1 and line 2.
