Putting items in a shopping cart can lead to them selling out before you check out, or, if we reserved the items, preventing others from buying things that get left in a cart. Because we’ve got limited quantities, we want to make sure you get what you want before it’s sold out.
However, once you buy your first item, you’ll get free shipping for the next hour on anything else you buy. We’ll combine orders when we can from the same account to the same address.
I’ve had a issue with delivery and instead of getting a message back to figure out where my package is it’s an automated message over and over again. Of course can charge someone’s card but not fix a problem.
@kimbermcgrath That’s frustrating, isn’t it? You didn’t say what your “issue with delivery” is, but I have found good results by contacting the carrier responsible for the delivery to help with “issues with delivery.”
Failing that, just hold on, the folks at https://morningsave.com/support are very good at follow up, but they work Monday-Friday daytime office hours. Be sure to check your spam folders in case the email got diverted somehow.
Hi @antmelvervic, there is an estimated delivery date on each product page. You can go to MorningSave.com/orders and click the “View product details.” button. That will take you back to the product page and if you scroll down a bit you should find the estimated delivery date.
