Morning Save - Zmodo Smart Door Bell


Bought this unit, received then spent over an hour trying to get it to work. Then 2+ hours with Zmodo Support, only to find out the unit had been assigned to a different email, which tells me it was NOT A NEW unit. They were unable to get it to work as well and recommended I return. I contacted and was issued a RMA# but they refused to issue me a return label for shipping. So I pay to have it shipped to me, get a used piece of crap and then have to pay to return it to them so they will refund me ONLY the purchase price. I am out both shipping charges. I won’t purchase from then again and will be happy to tell anyone who will listen. This is not the way to do “good faith” business.
