@tbabyjordan3575 if you’ve written into support already, then they will get back to you. Keep in mind support reps work M-F standard business hours, so there won’t be any replies over the weekends.
If you haven’t received a reply and it’s been a few business days, make sure to check any spam/promo/update or any other folders your email client may have.
I looked into this and see that we’ve replied to all of your messages. I’m concerned that our responses may be going to your spam folder, promotions tab or updates tab. (My gmail account filters our messages to the updates tab.)
Please check there and let me know if you were able to locate our messages.
In order to cancel go to your account and under card information where it says default card click on that and then click on remove next to the card you have on file. Should cancel your account. I just did it. Hopefully they can’t charge me again.
@lillgranny Yet your lack of a username shield reveals that you are not a member. But if you have another account that might be then you can cancel by logging into that account and going here morningsave.com/membership/cancel
My name is Raymond asking I’ve tried to purchase something I’ve on Steve Harvey show today but transaction would not go through.now you have all my card out there and that is a concern for me. Now I need to make sure the transaction is cancel .
I’m throwing this out to all who want to cancel their memberships (I don’t plan to join). Should I be concerned placing an order with this company? It seems odd the products are so cheap…are they seconds, used, how are prices soooo inexpensive??
