What’s your return policy?
Purchases that arrive damaged, defective, or DOA may be replaced or refunded at our discretion provided you notify us within 21 calendar days of item receipt. Use our support form to obtain an RMA number for damaged, defective, or DOA items. Items returned without an RMA number will NOT be refunded or replaced. Because our items are steeply discounted and offered in fixed quantities, for a limited time only, we DO NOT accept buyer’s remorse or change-of-mind returns. Cosmetics and beauty supplies, as well as intimate apparel are not eligible for return. We will not accept or refund items which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
Hi @igail I’m not sure exactly what item you’re referring too but if the search at the top of the page doesn’t bring it up then it might be gone, MorningSave usually has limited quantity of the items they’re selling.
Why isn’t there a shopping cart?
Putting items in a shopping cart can lead to them selling out before you check out, or, if we reserved the items, preventing others from buying things that get left in a cart. Because we’ve got limited quantities, we want to make sure you get what you want before it’s sold out.
However, once you buy your first item, you’ll get free shipping for the next hour on anything else you buy. We’ll combine orders when we can from the same account to the same address.
